Sold in ex store condition, this means it comes direct from a major UK supermarket or bakery and is sold as it arrived, this has NOT been tested, serviced or refurbished, equipment is not supplied with any warranty

Tested, this means the machine has been tested and is in full running order, although it has not been refurbished

Refurbished, this means the machine has been through our workshop where it is cleaned, serviced and tested, some new parts may be fitted such as belts, this will be specified on individual machine listings, it will be in full running order

Remanufactured, this means the machine has been through our workshop and fully stripped down, cleaned, all wear parts replaced, rebuilt, tested with product and will be as good as new, a schedule of parts changed will be specified on individual machine listings

VAT

For Direct export, where we arrange the shipping through our forwarder, we do not charge VAT for shipment to eligible countries

For indirect export where goods are collected or the customer arranges the shipping, we will require a deposit equal to the amount of the VAT, held until copies of shipping documents are provided, at that point the deposit will be refunded in full
